F.W. Abagnale is made from woolen high class crepe georgette and makes you feel like a dark princess.

F.W. Abagnale is the second item of the first cycle of the ITEM OF THE MONTH series in 2012 which will be a wearable addition to the character “Escapee” (who we introduced to you for the “Don´t Tell The World That We Know” 2012 collection). By the way: Frank William Abagnale, Jr. (born April 27, 1948) is an American security consultant known for his history as a former confidence trickster, check forger, impostor, and escape artist. Abagnale’s life story provided the inspiration for the feature film “Catch Me If You Can”.

In January ITEM OF THE MONTH is TY CONN.

This gorgeous jersey blazer is perfect if you love to look smart and casual at the same time. TY CONN has two side pockets.

ITEM OF THE MONTH in October 2011 is the bag WHATEVER II.

The renewed classic is available in an outside all-leather. It now features adjustable straps, a second outside pocket and can be folded to both sides (back and front). This version comes in finest calf skin leather and various cottons for the inward side and lining.

NELIO is available in black cotton fine-rib and grey angora wool jersey. It’s a loose-cut jumper with long sleeves, loose crew neck, and folding details on the rear side.

ITEM OF THE MONTH in August 2011 is the T-Shirt NUI.

NUI is a black, loose fit T-Shirt. A big pocket made from polyurethane coated polyester is attached to the left side of the chest. This contrasts to the gorgeous casual appeal and adds a complex detail to the clean T-Shirt. The phrase „Nui“ is Hawaiian an translates to „big“.

ITEM OF THE MONTH in July 2011 is the hooded scarf KELII in grey and charcoal.

SCHAAF developed this new kind of hooded scarf that is not only new in design, but also serves a great use: Protection. It’s a perfect match for every outdoor jacket that’s missing a hood (or needs a second). The Hawaiian term “Kelii“ translates to “leader” or “clan chief”, in a protective sense that is.

ITEM OF THE MONTH in June 2011 is the cardigan FLUTTER in black and grey.

This unisex summer jacket features wide dolman sleeves and is manufactured from light jersey fabric. The sleeves’ hems are rolled up.

FLUTTER is the final piece of the first ITEM OF THE MONTH series. Each series consists of six individual collection pieces which are available exclusively in our very own Online Store. Den Laissez Faire-Charakter der kompletten Serie bringt FLUTTER ends this firt set of items while concluding the idea of laissez-faire style that the preceding pieces initiated.

SCHAAF for the first time designs trousers in a Girls&Boys-Fit.

ITEM OF THE MONTH in May 2011 are the trousers THE NOW Boys and THE NOW Girls.

THE NOW is the first item by SCHAAF that offers in addition to the usual boys-version a cut for young women that has been adjusted to a girls-fit. This means that this month’s ITEM OF THE MONTH is exclusively available as a pair.

The trousers THE NOW have captivating pleats, a low crutch and a debonnaire fit.
THE NOW stands for the forward movement within progress. Miriam Schaaf again directly relates to her own person and the development of her fashion label. The powdery delicate shade of these trouser is a soothing and encouraging gesture in a gentle struggle against uncertainty. The advent of an alleviating period of transition and the turning point for a tactical vision.

THE NOW is the fifth item of SCHAAF’s first ITEM OF THE MONTH series, which will ultimately consist of six pieces, all of which are exclusively designed for the SCHAAF online store.
